1. Definitions and Applicability

The terms used in these conditions have the following meanings:

• "Platform" refers to the bejil website and all related services.
• "User" refers to any person who has registered on this platform or is using its services.

4. Account Closure Policy

bejil reserves the right to close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of the terms and conditions.
• Involvement in fraud, forgery, or illegal activity.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Misuse of bonuses.
• Use of a false identity or information.

In the event of account closure, the policy on returning any valid balance will remain at the discretion of bejil.

5. Deposit Policy

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka) — for each payment method.

6. Withdrawal Policy

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka).

7. Welcome Bonus Terms and Conditions

• Welcome bonus: up to 120% on the first deposit, with a maximum of ৳20,000.
• To make the bonus withdrawable, the wagering requirement of 15x (fifteen times) must be met.
• The bonus applies to the first deposit only and can be received once per account.

• If the bonus is not used within the designated claim period, it will be cancelled.

8. General Bonus Policy

The following general policies apply to all bonuses and promotions:

9. VIP Program

bejil runs a four-tier VIP program for regular players:

• Bronze: weekly cashback of up to 0.3%.
• Silver: weekly cashback of up to 0.6%.
• Gold: weekly cashback of up to 0.9%.
• Platinum: weekly cashback of up to 1.2%.

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on your activity and participation on the platform. VIP benefits may change, and members will be notified if they do.

10. Fair Play Policy

bejil is committed to ensuring a fully fair and transparent gaming environment. To this end:

• The outcome of all games is determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
• No form of manipulation or interference on the platform will be tolerated.

11. Prohibited Activities

14. Limitation of Liability

bejil will not bear any liability in the following cases:

• If any clause of these terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining clauses will remain in effect.
